Did you get a chance to check out the fabulous fall themed window display in the Wallace Atrium earlier this week? Aesthetically perfect and complete with everything that defines fall: Free People sweaters, tons of layers, warm scarves, colorful leaves, pumpkins, an awesome Instagram page replica, Starbucks lattes and even a bonfire with s’mores….
Designed by Allison Cooke, Lindsay McCoy , Jazzy Ervins, Carolyn Heasly for a Fashion Analysis and Communication project.
The team drew their inspiration and theme for the display from photos of fall activities, often seen on instagram-from apple picking to a late night bonfire or a trip to the pumpkin patch with your besties! The mannequins are styled in a not-so-basic fall uniform- wardrobe staples and transition pieces. I think the team did a killer job and I would definitely give them an A+! Not only is it #chic and #cozy, but it also attention-grabbing and aesthetically pleasing… not to mention the campfire display complemented with s’mores made me want to sneak in and be a mannequin myself!
