With the freezing cold weather and snow, the thought of spring break is more exciting than ever. It’s only a couple weeks away so here’s a quick list of spring break essentials to pick up before the great escape.
Sunglasses are a given, but don’t just grab any boring pair; there are so many cool styles that’ll make you look super chic in an instant. Forever 21 and Urban Outfitters both have a great, unique selection for affordable prices!
Maxi dresses are very versatile and stylish. They’re great as cover ups when heading to the beach or just walking around. They’re easy to throw on and very comfortable which is what you want for vacation. Tobi and Lulus are great websites for the perfect maxi dress and usually have good deals!
Rompers are similar to maxi dresses because they’re also versatile and perfect for any instance. Wear a simple romper to act as a cover up or a more fashionable one for a night out. Not to mention, you don’t have to spend time struggling to pick out the perfect top or bottoms because it’s all in one. My favorite place for rompers is Charlotte Russe because they’re affordable, stylish and fit so well!
Tote bags are perfect for any occasion during your spring break. I’d recommend not buying the typical canvas beach bag because those tend to get easily stained and are hard to clean. Instead, opt for a pebbled faux leather bag from a store like Forever 21 because they’re cheap, spacious, and easy to clean because of the material. Also, they’re not your typical looking beach bag so if you want to grab a nice lunch or dinner after of swimming, it’s more stylish and won’t be so obvious.
These are essential for spring break. They’re perfect for those chilly nights or windy days by the beach. Not to mention, they’re comfortable and cute.
Slip On Sandals
They’re easy to slip on when at the beach (you don’t have to worry about tying those gladiator sandals or constantly buckling sandals) and way more stylish than your basic flip flop sandals. Forever 21 and Charlotte Russe both have an affordable, cute selection of sandals.
A cute fedora or floppy hate is great for spring break. They’re a life saver when your hair is gross and tangled from swimming or when you’re too lazy to do anything with your hair. Not to mention, you’ll look so glamorous in a floppy hat.
Of course, what would be spring break without bringing your swimwear? In the past few years, the swim suit game has been better than ever. I recommend buying neon-colored swim suits to show off your fresh tan or a simple black one with great cut outs for a more sophisticated look. If you don’t have $100 to spend on a Triangl swimsuit, Agacistore.com has very affordable alternatives that look so much like Triangl swimwear. They also have other great styles too. Victoria’s Secret has always had a reasonably affordable and stylish selection too that’s worth checking out.
Most of these are obvious, but I hope my tips make your shopping a lot easier. Happy Spring Breaking!
