If you’re anything like me getting up and getting ready for 8 AM classes, even 9 AM’s are a constant struggle. Most of my days I’m going to be on campus for the rest of the day and usually end up in sweatpants and a sweatshirt which I always regret. While it’s obviously comfortable I wish I tried a little harder so I at least look presentable. If you can relate, definitely keep reading.
I’m not one to dress up for class, but cute and casual is my go-to. This is different for everyone, but here are some outfit ideas for girls who wants to be comfortable, but also stylish which I think is the look we all want! Joggers are really in right now and are being sold everywhere from Forever 21 to Free People. I’d pair my joggers with a sneaker since it’s getting pretty cold here. My favorites are converse and vans, but any would work, with a plain tee shirt and then a jean jacket on top. Jean jackets are so perfect to throw on and immediately look effortless. A simple sweatshirt looks cute too; the pink one pictured below is from Brandy Melville! Blacksburg weather is unpredictable so having a jacket of some kind with you is crucial.
Another staple I think every girl should add to her closet is a pair of boyfriend jeans. Personally, I love them because they are form fitting in all the right places and aren’t suffocating your legs. Putting on a pair of tight, body hugging pants is the last thing I want to do in the morning, but if you have a pair you love go for it! Jeans can be hard to find, but once you find that one pair you’re comfortable in, you will wear them instead of sweatpants, I guarantee it! One of my favorite pairs is from American Eagle and they fit so well, they are called the Mom Jean. I would 100% recommend them! With any pair of jeans, I would throw on a fuzzy, warm sweater and then another pair of sneakers. Maybe even a pair of sunglasses or a hat for something extra . In my opinion, adding these accessories makes you look just a little bit more put together!
I hope you guys can take away even just a little bit of inspiration from this article! Below are some photos to help you step up your morning outfit game! Enjoy.
