Backstage at NYBFW

It’s October and you know what that means; it’s New York Bridal Fashion Week! This past week, the Big Apple has been filled with bouquets, bustles, and all the bridal moments. Thousands of designers have unveiled their final 2019 spring and fall collections and they have not disappointed one bit! Here’s some of the sweetest highlights from NYBFW

This is one of my favorite looks from the week and it’s clearly because of royal inspiration! There were so many looks that reflected Meghan Markle’s Royal Wedding Dress from May 2018, but this gown designed by Romona Keveza stood out above all others. It’s bateau neckline automatically adds the royally elegant component along with the three quarter sleeves. This piece comes from the Romona Keveza Spring 2019 Wedding Couture Collection which is heavily inspired by the recent Royal Wedding. Check the collection out here.

Another star designer that debuted her 2019 Couture bridal Collection was Pnina Tornai. Her collection went above and beyond her normal creations. If you’ve ever seen the show Say Yes To The Dress, chances are you have seen a Pnina Tornai gown before. Pnina Tornai is carried in Kleinfeld’s Bridal, and is know for her sexy, scandalous, revealing gowns. Well, in her new Dream Collection she stayed on the ball gown track and boy did she nail it. This is one of my favorite ball gowns in her new collection that is inspired by whimsical and light looks.

Next up is designer Hayley Paige, who revealed her 2019 collection, called The Oracle. Hayley Paige is known for her tulle princess ball gowns for the traditional bride. In her new Oracle Collection she has added sheer elements to gowns, lots of colors like blush, and plenty of jewels. This gown is for Spring 2019 and goes along with Paige’s theme of the Oracle.

Other designers like Vera Wang, Lazaro, and Dany Mizrachi Fashion House all debuted collections for Spring 2019. This New York Bridal Fashion Week was one to remember, bringing clean, fresh looks and bridal inspiration for all!
