Outfit Ideas for the Holidays

We are deep into the Holiday season right now and I could not be more thrilled! I absolutely love this time of the year and the outfits I see at these nice occasions. I always love to dress to impress so I decided it would be a great idea to share some Holiday outfit options!

tweed

Tweed has definitely come back into style this season, so this is a must. For this kind of outfit, my vision is a tweed skirt, that would be paired with a beautiful over-sized turtleneck, preferably tucked into the skirt in the front, and thigh high suede boots to finish it off. As for accessories, the only thing I would add would be a small handbag. For those who want to be a little more casual, a tweed jacket works as well. A pair of jeans and simple shirt would pair beautifully with this stylish jacket. It is simple but still looks great. To spice it up a little, you can go with some heels, a statement necklace, and a cross-body bag.

To fit the Christmas vibe, I love to incorporate bright reds to my outfits. I love the look of a simple red dress. You can stop there if you would like, but I think it would look great to add some black tights, super cute black booties, and a leather black jacket to this dress! Another option to incorporate red would be to wear a long sleeve red blouse, paired with some nice black pants and, to make a statement, some cheetah print shoes. This is more causal than the dress option but still shows your style. This is a perfect option to pair with a clutch or small handbag.

sequinpants

One last material I have been loving is sequins! Gold is such a beautiful option and really makes you stand out. A gold skirt or gold pants would equally look amazing. As for a shirt, a simple white or crème sweater would fit perfectly. For shoes, this is totally your call. It would fit well with booties, heels or even some flats. I think jewelry is necessary for this outfit, so make sure to have that arm candy!

Don’t be afraid to be daring and try something crazy like sequin pants or those bright pops of red this holiday season!
